Our Organizational Structure/Employees:
As a group we specialize in day to day support, software implementation, upgrades and data migration. We also have development and SQL reporting skills as well. We support all modules of Dynamics including Manufacturing , Payroll and HR. We also write custom application and reports as needed

Do you provide any education, classes, webinars?
We do take advantage of onsite personal training at discounted rates. We also partner with other Microsoft awarding wining partners on a consistent basis. We also partner with them so we have exposure and access to the often “hidden” Microsoft people to help us with any support or client issues on the Microsoft side of things. We also provide on demand training to our customers on an as needed basis and all training is customized to the client so that a better value is obtain other than generic based training sessions. This is done remotely and also on site at the clients offices. This is usually done in a TEST company or TEST environment.
How we plan on growing our Co-op:
We do plan on growing, not through acquisition but through our reputation. In the last year alone, we added 8 new clients that we are personally connected to through prior relationships.
Do you anticipate adding staff?
We do plan on adding others as we see there is a fit in that persons reputation, skill set and over all compassion and knowledge of the Dynamics Product. Again we are a Co-op that wishes to bring back the customer service level that once was. We are not looking to grow to a place where we feel that we cannot handle a client needs without 150% pride and integrity to service clients as we wish to be serviced, again service is our priority over billing revenue we wish to maintain the client relationships forever
